Our Divine Living Kombucha Tea is made by combining our organic tea, organic cane sugar and the Divine Living culture known as a “Mother” or “Scoby”. This culture is basically yeast and bacteria. It is what gives the tea all its health benefits. The Mother or Scoby basically eats the sugar, growing in size while fermenting the tea. So the end result, after a few months of fermenting, is a pure Kombucha tea that is nearly sugar free.
The taste of the tea can vary depending on how its fermented and what fruit is added to it for flavor. It tastes like nothing you have had before. Maybe a combination of sparkling cider, champaign, beer, and Kefir. Basically you just have to try it.

Fermented foods are foods that go through a process of lacto-fermentation in which natural bacteria feed on the sugar and starch in the food creating lactic acid. This process not only preserves the food, but can also create beneficial enzymes, vitamins, Omega-3 fatty acids, and various strains of probiotics.
Natural fermentation of foods has also been shown to preserve nutrients in food and break the food down to a more digestible form. This, along with the probiotics created during the fermentation process, could explain the link between consumption of fermented foods and improved digestion.

Our flavored vinegars are a one-of-a-kind. Fermented for at least a year, the flavor is like nothing else you have tried. The uses for it are almost endless.
We use it to marinate our food. We pour it on our chicken or pork and let it sit in the refrigerator for a time. During which the vinegar creates a softness and tenderness to the meat like nothing else.
We use it in cooking. When you want to spice things up in your meal, whether it is a spaghetti sauce, a chili, or a steak, cooking in the vinegar flavors it just right.
When it comes to dressings, making your own is the best thing you can do. Using the vinegar with just olive oil in a 1 to 3 mixture; adding chopped onions, tomatoes and peppers and salt and pepper is a great easy way to enhance this basic recipe.
